AI Driven Surveillance Camera System

The vendor is required to provide AI driven surveillance camera system solution should enhance our security infrastructure with intelligent video analytics, reliable data storage, and advanced camera technology.
a. System overview:
•    The system must consist of high-definition (HD) surveillance cameras with AI capabilities that enable motion detection, facial recognition, and object classification.
•    The solution must support outdoor installations, with cameras designed to withstand various environmental conditions (e.g., rain, snow, heat).
b. Camera specifications:
•    Minimum resolution of 1080p (1920 x 1080 pixels).
•    Infrared (IR) night vision capabilities for low-light conditions with a minimum range of 50 feet.
•    Wide dynamic range (WDR) image processing to handle varying light conditions.
•    Field of view (FOV) of at least 90 degrees.
c. Data storage and management:
•    The system must include cloud-based storage solutions or on-premises network video recorders (NVRS) with a minimum storage capability of 30 days for recorded footage at full resolution.
•    The system must have the capability to perform footage backup and archiving based on customizable schedules.
d. AI and analytics features:
•    The cameras must provide real-time monitoring and the ability to generate alerts based on AI analytics.
•    Facial recognition capabilities to match images against a pre-defined watchlist.
•    Capability for detection and tracking of vehicles, persons, and objects.
e. User interface:
•    The system must include a user-friendly web-based interface for accessing live feeds, recorded footage, and system settings.
•    The interface must be accessible from various devices, including desktop computers, tablets, and smartphones.
f. Compliance standards:
•    The system must comply with relevant national institute standards for video surveillance systems, including institute special publication 800-53 for security and privacy controls.
•    Adherence to federal trade commission (FTC) guidelines on data privacy and security must be ensured.
- Service requirements
a. Pre-installation services:
•    Conduct a site assessment to determine optimal camera placement.
•    Provide a project plan detailing installation timelines and milestones.
b. Installation services:
•    Installation of cameras in designated locations following approved layouts.
•    Complete configuration of the entire surveillance system, including cameras, servers, and user interfaces.
c. Post-installation services:
•    Provide end-user training for system operation, including access to live feeds and a demonstration of analytic functionalities.
•    Develop documentation for system maintenance, user guides, and emergency contacts for support.
d. Maintenance and support:
•    Provide a minimum of one year of warranty coverage for hardware and software components.
•    Ongoing technical support available via phone, email, and remote access during business hours.
•    Annual system check-ups and software updates to be provided as part of the maintenance agreement.
