AI Automated Transcript Processing Software

The vendor is required to provide artificial intelligence (AI) automated transcript processing software to support the undergraduate college admissions process.
- Requirements
•    The solution must accurately and efficiently extract and standardize key data points from transcripts.
•    The software must be able to identify and acknowledge the presence of an official signature on a transcript.
•    The solution must use the extracted data to create custom calculations and course groupings to support operations and evaluation business processes.
•    Provide an implementation plan that clearly outlines the timeline and resource allocation for the successful deployment of the proposed solution.
•    Execute the deployment of configured solution according to an agreed upon implementation plan, monitor progress and address challenges as they arise.
•    The solution must securely automate the extraction of data with at least a 90% accuracy rate. 
•    Implement machine learning and other AI capabilities to identify and correct errors, and to adapt new transcript formats and fields, improving accuracy over time with a goal of reaching 99%.
•    The solution should leverage information from central transcript database to improve transcript processing for transcripts not frequently received at our institution.
•    The solution’s user interface must allow corrections by end user prior to data being inserted into undergraduate admissions CRM and SIS and use AI capabilities to incorporate user corrections to improve performance and accuracy.
•    The solution should be able to process both individual and large batches of transcripts, must have the ability to read various file formats and non-standard size documents as well as color, black and white, portrait and landscape.
•    The solution should have a customizable data dashboard to track performance goals and manage confidence level in import accuracy.
•    The solution should allow for unlimited user licenses.
•    The solution must seamlessly integrate with the department’s CRM and sis: technolutions slate and Ellucian banner. 
•    The solution must be able to consume transcripts from technolutions, slate, for processing.
