AI Readiness Services

The Vendor is required to provide for artificial intelligence (AI) services to further develop our AI strategy, governance and policy approach.
- Lot 1
•    Enhancing and refining our responsible AI governance framework and ensuring it aligns with industry standards and best practices. 
•    Reviewing and advancing our AI policy to ensure appropriate accountability, risk management and data protection.
- Lot 2 
•    Completion of an AI readiness assessment to assist the organization in establishing an AI strategy and roadmap that supports the organization in achieving its long-term strategic objectives and priorities.
