The vendor required to provide artificial intelligence (AI) could support its no wrong door (NWD) system—community living connections (CLC)1 —which supports older adults, individuals with disabilities, and their families and caregivers in finding and accessing long-term services and supports (LTSS).
- Requirement
•    Gather input on how AI could enhance navigation, personalization, and service delivery across state cares, the CLC network of provider agencies, and the CLC website and resource directory. 
•    Learn about existing or emerging AI solutions (particularly in aging, disability, and public benefit systems), including practical implementation examples, lessons, and considerations from other government or human services settings. 
•    Understand real-world use cases, implementation models, resource needs, and key risks-including privacy, transparency, and interoperability. 
•    Clarify potential next steps by collecting insight on what conditions (e.g., staffing, infrastructure, partnerships, timing) would enable responsible and effective AI adoption.
