Enterprise Generative AI Services

The vendor is required to provide enterprise generative ai services for use by all of its students, faculty, and staff.
- The services will utilize a large and current language model as well as support individuals and groups who create and utilize private LLMs. The service will support teaching, learning, and research across all academic disciplines as well as a broad range of administrative functions of the University.
- Admin ability to set automated deletion schedules for user data (e.g., delete after 30 days).
- Ability to export chat history and generated content in standard formats.
- Collaborative environments for classes or research groups.
- Centralized admin console for license management and policy enforcement.
- Dashboards showing adoption rates, active users, and token usage by department/unit.
- Defined SLA for support response times and escalation protocols.
- Vendor provides documentation on efforts to detect and mitigate bias in model outputs.
- Mechanisms to prevent generation of harmful, illegal, or sexually explicit content.
