RFP Description

The Vendor is required to provide to enhance the visibility, performance, and enrollment effectiveness of priority academic program pages and key enrollment focused pages across website.
- Conduct a targeted performance review and provide substantive content redevelopment for up to one hundred (100) priority pages.
- This engagement is focused on strengthening agency presence across:
•    Traditional organic search environments
•    AI-assisted and generative discovery platforms
•    Conversational and question-based search behavior
•    Enrollment decision-making journeys
- This project does not include website redesign, CMS migration, or technical replatforming.
- Discovery & Strategic Alignment
•    Conduct a project kickoff meeting
•    Review existing SEO documentation and performance data provided by agency
•    Review analytics and performance indicators for selected pages
•    Align on enrollment priorities and page selection for Phase 1
•    Identify key audience segments (undergraduate, graduate, transfer, adult learners)
- AI/AEO/GEO & Search Performance Assessment
•    Organic search alignment
•    Structural clarity and heading hierarchy
•    Alignment with search intent
•    Conversational query coverage
•    AI readability and extraction potential
•    Competitive positioning relative to peer institutions
- Content Framework Enhancement
•    Evaluate current program and enrollment page frameworks
•    Recommend refinements to improve AI readability and structured clarity
•    Improve heading hierarchy and content sequencing where needed
•    Recommend structured FAQ integration where appropriate
•    Strengthen differentiation and outcomes-focused messaging
- Program & Enrollment Page Content Rewrite & Optimization
•    Review of existing content
•    Identification of structural and messaging gaps
•    Full rewrite or significant restructuring of page content
•    AI-informed structural formatting
•    Optimization of heading hierarchy and sequencing
•    Strengthened enrollment-focused messaging
•    Structured FAQ recommendations where appropriate
•    Metadata recommendations
•    Internal linking recommendations
- Expanded Content Redevelopment
•    Substantive rewriting and optimization of remaining selected program and enrollment pages
