AI Enabled Road and Concrete Network Maintenance, Inventory Management and Condition Assessment Solutions

The Vendor is required to provide regarding current technologies, platforms, and methodologies that support operational maintenance, infrastructure inventory management, and condition assessment for the City’s road and concrete networks.
- The City is exploring the use of AI enabled video/imagery analysis to:
•    Improve asset inventory accuracy and update cycles
•    Support objective and repeatable condition assessments
•    Identify deficiencies and evaluate severity
•    Identify missing or damaged infrastructure
•    Provide reports for work assignment
•    Enhance operational maintenance efficiency
•    Integrate with existing systems
- System support for capturing roadway and sidewalk imagery or video. (I.e. proprietary camera systems, dash-mounted systems, smartphone-based collection, etc.)
- The optimal environmental and operational conditions for your system for collecting roadway and sidewalk imagery or video to ensure the highest accuracy of the analysis. (I.e. ideal lighting, weather, time of day, vehicle speed, and any other factors that influence data quality)
- The system automatically integrate collected data into a GIS platform and produce corresponding distress maps
