The Vendor is required to provide artificial intelligence (AI) into the college of education’s three (3) specialized centers: special education, early learning, and career technical education (CTE) and agricultural education, its accreditation work, and the co-individual education program (IEP) platform.
- Requirement:
1. Center development
• Compilation of all publicly available and institutionally held data relevant to the three center domains into a single, accessible dashboard.
• Cross-center priority analysis producing a clear map of shared and center-specific priorities.
• Cross-center AI plan defining shared infrastructure, common research questions, and a unified strategic position.
• Year two (2) center development and funding priorities document.
2. AI literacy
• State-wide survey on AI use in educational contexts, built from a proprietary and previously validated AI maturity assessment framework owned or co-developed by the supplier.
• Regional virtual focus groups and interviews covering at least ten (10) districts (roughly 20%), split between frontier and small rural districts and medium and large districts.
• Final report on statewide AI use with analysis of key opportunities, immediate needs, and long-term strategic direction.
• Mapping of findings into the priorities of each center and accreditation leadership.
3. Accreditation
• Accreditation process map and pain point and workflow findings report.
• Data flow documentation.
• AI opportunity analysis with a national scan of AI use in accreditation.
• Draft and final recommendations for AI integration into accreditation workflows.
• Year two (2) implementation plan with resource and infrastructure needs.
