The Vendor is required to provide enterprise artificial intelligence: platforms, services, and integrated delivery to result in a procurement solution for use by its participating entities.

1. Al platforms and infrastructure
•    Enterprise Al platforms with built-in automation, orchestration, and governance capabilities; 
•    Platforms supporting al model development, deployment, and lifecycle management for enterprise and public sector use cases; 
•    On-premise, hybrid, and cloud al infrastructure design, deployment, and management; 
•    Al-optimized compute infrastructure; 
•    Enterprise knowledge management systems and data infrastructure that enable al capabilities; and 
•    Al solutions designed for sensitive or restricted government environments, including air-gapped and privacy-preserving deployments.
2. Intelligent automation platforms and agentic AI
•    Agentic Al platforms that build, deploy, and manage al-driven automation that operate across enterprise systems independent of any single software application -including agent development frameworks, orchestration infrastructure, and lifecycle management tools; 
•    Workflow automation platforms that connect al capabilities to systems, data sources and processes across organizational boundaries; sources
•    Enterprise automation platforms enhanced with al reasoning and natural language capabilities that operate across multiple systems; and 
•    Platforms for document intelligence, multimodal processing, and unstructured data extraction at enterprise scale.
