Enterprise AI Platform

The Vendor is required to provide enterprise AI platform supplier to support institution-wide access to large language model (LLM) based AI tools.
- The university reserves the right to make multiple awards where it is determined to be in the best interest of the state to ensure access to a range of enterprise AI platforms, capabilities, and pricing models.
- Limited to enterprise AI platforms, including large language model interfaces, related tooling, and associated services.
- Requirement
• Enterprise AI platform access for all university staff, including large language model interfaces, productivity tools, and research assistance tools
• API access and developer tooling for departmental it teams building internal applications and automations
• Agentic coding and workflow automation tools for software development and administrative process improvement
• Integration capability with university existing technology environment, including Microsoft 365, google workspace, and other enterprise systems via equivalent open standards
• Connectivity to external data sources including financial data services and scientific and biomedical research databases
• New products released by awarded vendors during the contract term that are made available for purchase under any awarded contract subject to applicable university procurement policies and contract ceiling amounts.
