- This tool is to enable university partners to monitor student sentiment, identify potential challenges, and implement proactive interventions aimed at improving retention, persistence, and student outcomes.
- Requirement:
• Schedule of proactive chatbot messaging
• Database of common student questions related to university systems derived from similar institutions from across the country
• Student’s responses to chatbot for use by university supporting departments for outreach to the same students
• Analytics based upon theory of student departure
• Periodic reports highlighting agreed upon data collected via the survey.
