AI Systems Security

The Vendor is required to provide a platform that will provide Court users—such as security analysts, developers, compliance officers, and enterprise risk managers—with tools to identify vulnerabilities, detect anomalous model behavior, prevent risky actions and ensure alignment with emerging AI safety standards.
- Provide the Court with information and interest from vendors to assist the Court with solutions regarding the availability of a system to address emerging technology risks and threats.
- The platform will support the Court’s innovation goals and help Court staff:
• Discover all running AI Agents, MCPs, Tools, and use of GenAI in the Court.
• Visualize and interpret AI systems’ security posture and violations.
• Discover and remediate vulnerabilities, harden configurations and mitigate risk.
• Trace data lineage and model decision logic for auditability and accountability.
• Respond to risks, threats and anomalies through intuitive dashboards and workflows.
- Additional services that the Court would like to include:
• AI Red-teaming and agent side simulations.
• Runtime protection endpoints and cloud agents with a variety of policy options including Court specific threats and scenarios.
• On-going education, awareness, intelligence and consulting services.
