AI-Based Staff Development and Professional Learning Platform

The Vendor is required to provide AI-based staff development and professional learning platform that delivers real-time, district-aligned support to all employees, both certified and classified.
- Requirement:
• Platform access and core features: full access to an AI mentoring environment containing:
o Ask AI capabilities: allows employees to query district-specific policies, workflows, and curricula, receiving answers fully aligned to schools documentation.
o Role-play simulations: provides staff interactive environments to practice sensitive or routine conversations, including parent meetings, coaching interactions, and feedback delivery.
o Tool assist guidance: delivers real-time support on how and when to best utilize internal district technology tools to ensure strong implementation adoption.
o Contextual nudges: aligns with the active school calendar to distribute timely, district relevant prompts and seasonal workflow cues.
o Role-based security: tailors accessible materials and resources uniquely to the specific role and operational clearances of each user license.
o District integration: secure ingestion or API mapping of Ask AI capabilities: allows employees to query district-specific policies, workflows, and curricula, receiving answers fully aligned to schools documentation.
• Materials (instructional frameworks, policy binders, and curriculum models) with automated daily, weekly, or monthly update processing.
• Fine-tuning and accuracy: continuous human-in-the-loop oversight and AI configuration adjustments to maintain complete accuracy relative to district practices and ongoing educator feedback.
• Implementation and adoption support: facilitation of full platform launch, including guided onboarding, all-employee training blocks, specialized school and team adoption support, and workflow integration deep-dives.
• Accountability and analytics: assignment of a dedicated account manager, monthly and quarterly review touchpoints, and granular usage analytics identifying professional learning engagement patterns and content adoption trends.
