Law Enforcement Artificial Intelligence Investigative and Data Analysis Platform

The Vendor is required to provide for an Artificial Intelligence (AI) investigative and data analysis platform.
- The solution should aggregate and visualize records from various sources, including Incident Crime Reporting data, traffic crash reports, dispatch software, license plate readers, third-party intelligence databases, and more.
- This solution aims to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of analysts, investigators, and officers by enabling comprehensive searches through disparate datasets.
- To meet these obligations, the Solution must allow the State to:
• Retain all data for the entire length of the Contract.
• Delete its data or request the deletion of its data, even data that may be stored offline or in backups.
• Transfer its data back to the State or to a new vendor or new solution.
• Transfer its data to the Archives of state as may be required by a retention and disposal schedule.
• Retrieve data, even data that may be stored offline or in backups.

• Safari
- Must provide all user manuals, operating manuals, technical manuals and any other instructions, specifications, documents or materials, in any form or media, that describe the functionality, installation, testing, operation, use, maintenance, support, technical or other components, features or requirements of the Software.
