AI Supplier Services

The Vendor is required to provide AI supplier services to build practical AI capability, improving competitiveness, and positioning state as a leader in AI enabled tourism marketing and experience development.
- Requirements
• AI discoverability and content strategy, including geo search optimization;
• Digital authority development;
• Industry training and capacity building;
• Strategic guidance on potential AI efficiencies and ways tourism state may be able to implement projects;
• Support, coaching and training to implement existing AI plans, including documentation, playbooks, recorded training and handoff materials such that tourism state staff can understand, maintain and continue AI-related practices;
• Monitor AI trends, emerging opportunities and risks; and,
• Support the development of performance measures and impact assessment.
• Responsible AI, privacy, FOIP, data governance, records management, and government of state security compliance planning, including clear guidance on how proposed AI activities, tools, workflows, and recommendations will be assessed for compliance risk before implementation.
