Custom AI-enabled Content Development

Vendor capable of designing, developing, delivering, and maintaining AI-enabled learning content and related services that support workforce-aligned education initiatives and, at UMGC's option, creditbearing curriculum development.
- Provide end-to-end services for the design, development, delivery, and continuous improvement of custom, skills-focused learning content and associated learner experiences. The objective is to establish a sustainable and repeatable model for developing and delivering learning experiences that can evolve over time. The selected Offer shall support the University’s transition from static, course-based content toward a more dynamic model in which learning assets can be updated, refined, and redeployed in response to changing needs in real time, while maintaining alignment to defined skills and workforce outcomes.
- AI-Enabled Content Operations.
• Provide AI-enabled content development and maintenance services that support the efficient creation, delivery, maintenance, and continuous improvement of learning content.
• Utilize artificial intelligence, where appropriate, to support content authoring, content updates, learner engagement, analytics, and related learning operations.
• Implement quality assurance and human review processes to ensure the accuracy, accessibility, instructional quality, and appropriateness of AI-assisted outputs.
• Maintain and update learning content in response to evolving workforce needs, industry practices, technologies, and skills requirements.
