The vendor is required to provide asset inventory analysis of watercourses, waterbodies and city shorelines within entire agency jurisdiction that includes the following.
• Delineation of inventory by asset type and characteristics to be determined in collaboration with agency staff
• Condition assessment of asset type tailored in collaboration with agency technical staff
• A valuation (cost-benefit) of the natural assets (by asset type) based on current levels of service for the entire agency watershed (e.g., ecosystem services, replacement cost if applicable).
- The report will include the following:
• Subset of data extracted from agency jurisdiction-wide database that includes all natural assets and carbon sequestration values from the 2024 study referred to above for the entire municipality
• Subset of data from the watercourse, waterbodies and shoreline assets analysis and valuation as part of this project for the entire municipality
• Risk assessment: with support and direction by agency, lead a workshop with key agency and town staff to identify risks that could potentially impact town owned green infrastructure.
• Score and integrate the output from this workshop into the final report
• Conduct an analysis and valuation of ecosystem services (TBD).
• Integration of town owned green infrastructure (e.g., bioswales, naturalized storm water ponds, if applicable)
• In collaboration with agency and town staff, prepare draft levels of service for inclusion in the report
• Extraction of municipal-owned green infrastructure valuation as a comparator to municipal-wide green infrastructure
• Final report synthesizing the municipally owned green infrastructure asset inventory, condition assessment, risk identification, and valuation
• All mapping included in the report to be provided in individual pdf. files with a resolution size no less than 300 dpi
• GIS geodatabase asset registry for the NOTL case study (no shapefiles will be accepted).
