The Vendor is required to provide real property systematic review services include:
• To provide a non-reappraisal systematic review to achieve assessment equity within and among the various property classes located throughout the city.
• To confer and attend meetings with the city’s tax assessor, area. And other city staff, as needed.
• To provide an analysis of the city’s current tax assessment roll, including a detailed statistical analysis of relevant data for all residential, vacant, commercial, and industrial properties. Work schedule for performing real property systematic review services.
• The city is expecting the ensuing contract term to begin in September 2025, and for the systematic review to be completed prior to the finalization of the 2026 tax roll.
