The vendor is required to provide property assets to support strategic planning, ensure regulatory compliance, optimize maintenance and investment strategies, and identify both risks and opportunities across its real estate portfolio.
a. Asset inventory and classification
• Determine and verify the functional use of the asset.
• Determine and verify any encumbrances or restrictions of, or for, the asset.
b. Asset market lease rate analysis
• Current fair market lease rates for comparable properties in each asset’s region.
• Future market rate trends (over a 3–10-year horizon).
• Bench-marking against public and private sector lease rates.
c. Asset risk and opportunity assessment
• Evaluate financial, environmental, legal, and operational risks.
• Identify underutilized or high-potential assets.
• Recommend divestiture, redevelopment, or revenue-generation strategies where appropriate.
