The vendor required to provide property maintenance services for up to twenty-four (24) town-owned residential properties.
- Provide maintenance services as needed, based on requests from the property managers or their designees, covering the following areas:
• Light plumbing tasks, including fixture repairs or leak repairs.
• Light electrical work, such as fixing electrical plugs or lighting fixtures, 120v or lower.
• General maintenance and repair of HVAC systems.
• Minor structural repairs, interior and exterior.
• Light carpentry, flooring, and window repairs.
• Minor painting and wall patching.
• Lighting repair and bulb replacement.
• Gutter cleaning, maintenance, and repair.
• Door lock repair or replacement.
• Minor appliance repair or replacement.
• Relocating furniture or appliances as required.
• General maintenance tasks as requested by property managers or their designees.
• The contractor may also be called upon to conduct property inspections and create evaluations, providing suggestions for necessary repairs or replacements.
• The enclosed rates apply only to this work.
- Work excluded:
• Landscaping or hardscaping services.
• Road or driveway maintenance.
• Irrigation maintenance or repair.
• Security.
• Disposal of household waste.
- Contract Period/Term: 1 year
