The vendor required to provide environmental assessment services to identify and select multiple environmental consulting firms that possess the technical skills, capabilities, and experience necessary to successfully complete environmental site assessments, remedial planning, and oversee implementation.

•    Cleanup planning, cost estimates and end-use planning
•    Construction-related and post-construction dewatering compliance
•    Mold prevention and remediation
•    Asbestos remediation
•    Radon system design and remediation
•    Sub slab vapor mitigation system operations and maintenance protocol compliance
•    Environmental cleanup oversight, compliance, and certification
•    National environmental policy act process (NEPA) review
•    24 cfr 58 environmental reviews
•    Environmental assessments (EA) for new developments
•    Categorically excluded, subject to (CEST) for rehabilitation projects
•    Soil and groundwater investigations
•    UST and AST spill investigations
•    Pre-demolition hazardous materials testing.
