The Vendor is required to provide for geotechnical assessment services in support of the campus redevelopment.
- Initial Site Visit and Desktop Review
• Review available background information, existing studies, and site conditions.
• Conduct one (1) site visit to observe topography and general surface conditions.
• Identify both on-site and off-site geotechnical risks.
- Preliminary Assessment and Reporting
• Describe site conditions, soil and subsoil profiles, and groundwater characteristics.
• Conduct a preliminary slope stability review.
• Provide preliminary foundation and construction recommendations.
• Identify potential geotechnical hazards and recommendations for further investigation.
• Provide preliminary recommendations for foundation systems suitable for redevelopment.
• Prepare and submit a Geotechnical Assessment Report summarizing all findings, analyses, and recommendations to support the master planning and rezoning process.
- Coordination and Review
• Participate in up to two (2) coordination meetings with agency and the design team.
• Review preliminary master planning concepts to identify geotechnical constraints.
• Present and review the draft Geotechnical Assessment Report as required.
- Contract Period/Term: 5 years
