The vendor required to provide facilities needs condition assessment and develop a facility reserve study for 23 municipal buildings, out of a total portfolio of 36 facilities, located within the geographic boundaries of the city.
- Assess the current condition of each facility; identify and document existing and anticipated deficiencies; and develop a long-term reserve forecast to support capital improvements and major building system repairs and replace.
- The facilities need condition assessment shall evaluate the overall condition of each facility using the following letter-grade scale:
• New or like-new condition
• Good condition with minor corrective action required
• Fair condition; corrective action required with some urgency
• Majority of systems in poor condition
• Virtually all systems broken or inoperative; building uninhabitable.
