External Assessment Services

The Vendor is required to provide promoting and encouraging exploration and development of reserves, calculating and collecting royalties from producers, and marketing the oil production through in-house marketing agents.
- Identify opportunities that do not compete with existing industry proponents but leverage the unique position of the province to support value extraction, market access, and the responsible development and expansion of state resources through an independent and financially disciplined construct.
- Document and submit the results of the analysis and assessment in a report format satisfactory to the Province, including findings, observations, and recommendations.
- Review of the existing structure, authorities, and operating model of the agency and assess its ability to fulfill an expanded or refined mandate, should such opportunities for this corporation be acceptable.
