• Completion timeline- 1-3 months from start- approximately July and August 202
• Facility assessment
o Develop building catalogue with drawings for each facility
o Some existing drawings are extant for the facilities but should not be considered complete for purposes of the assessment.
• Facility analysis for high school, include:
o Structural tier 1 evaluation
o Structural tier 2 evaluation if needed (provide a cost alternate)
o Electrical, A/V, technology systems
• Electrical service and distribution, lighting and branch wiring, communications and security
• Mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, controls
o HVAC: energy supply, heat and cooling generating systems, distribution systems, terminal
o And package units, controls and instrumentation, systems testing and balancing
o Fire protection: sprinklers, standpipes, fire protection specialties
o Plumbing: fixtures, domestic water distribution, sanitary waste, rainwater damage
o Building code compliance
o Safety and alignment with state school safety standards
o Equipment: commercial, institutional
o Capacity
o Learning effectiveness
o Site improvements: site development, landscaping, hardscape, irrigation systems condition
o Utilities
o Parking availability and quality
o Building lifespan
o Facility analysis for existing indoor pool, attached to existing high school, include in addition to the above:
