The Vendor is required to provide to support development and implementation of its new risk-based Transportation Asset Management Plan (TAMP) and to ensure the plan meets federal requirements.
- The role, experience and availability of key staff who will be directly assigned to this project should be fully explained, while support staff and general experience may also be identified.
- The workshop may also include the Contractor team sharing leading practices and lessons learned from other agencies.
- May be asked to develop support materials for this workshop, such as a slide deck and background documents.
- Develop and implement a schedule and strategy to efficiently and effectively complete the updated TAMP graphic design and any selected research before the associated deadline.
- Provide all graphic design services for the Transportation Asset Management Plan.
- Provide additional support in TAMP development. Support activities may include content development, such as selected narrative support/writing, technical explanations, data analysis, and related tasks.
- Work could also include researching the development of long-term treatment/treatment strategies.
- A schedule for the TAMP graphic design, targeted research and full-plan delivery, including key milestones to meet the final due date.
- Producing the graphic design for a new TAMP, including entering staff-provided text and developing visual concepts/designs into final visual document. Producing the final published document.
