The Vendor is required to provide asset inventory assessment services for include:
• GIS mapping - collection of GPS coordinates and other physical attributes of all utility assets, including water lines, meters, valves, hydrants, air release valves, pressure reducing valves, storage tanks, gravity sewer lines, force mains, pump stations, and wet wells;
• Condition assessments of identified assets collecting existing condition, effective age, history of failure (district staff assist) remaining life expectancy and replacement and repair costs.
• Criticality values shall be assigned to each asset reflecting the probability of failure and consequence of failure.
• Development of a capital improvement plan including scopes of work and costs estimates prioritizing asset repair or replacement projects based on the criticality values.
