Asset Management Business Analyst and Project Manager Services

The Vendor is required to provide integrated Business Analysis and Project Management services in support of the implementation of the Cityworks computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) across multiple departments.
- Objectives
•    Facilitate engagement and communication;
•    Ensure structured project governance, planning, and reporting for Cityworks implementations;
•    Document and analyze current and future-state business processes and workflows;
•    Align system configurations and workflows with organizational requirements;
•    Manage project deliverables, risks, and communications to ensure successful and timely completion;
•    Support the successful delivery of projects on time, within scope, and within budget;
•    Minimize the impact of operators by using/training super users; and 
•    Onsite work preferred.
- Project Management Services
•    Develop and maintain project plans, including scope, schedule, resources, milestones, and risk management.
•    Facilitate project meetings, document decisions and action items, and maintain clear communication among stakeholders.
•    Provide regular progress reports and presentations to management and governance committees.
•    Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
•    Support change management and stakeholder communications throughout the project lifecycle.
- Business Analysis Services
•    Conduct needs assessments and facilitates workshops with departmental stakeholders to identify operational requirements.
•    Document current and future-state business processes and workflows for the applicable departments.
•    Translate business requirements into functional specifications for vendor configuration.
•    Review and validate vendor design and system configurations to ensure alignment with business needs.
•    Develop user acceptance testing (UAT) plans and support execution and documentation.
•    Assist in developing and delivering end-user training materials in collaboration with agency staff.
•    Contribute to post-implementation review and continuous improvement planning.
