Climate Assessment Services

The Vendor is required to provide external consulting services to design, administer, and analyze a comprehensive campus climate assessment for students, faculty, and state.
- Requirement:
•    Provide consulting services to design, administer, analyze, and report on a comprehensive campus climate assessment for students, faculty, and state. 
•    The selected contractor will be expected to engage the full campus community as active participants in both the instrument design and the assessment administration phases of this work. 
•    Develop and implement strategies, in coordination with institutional leadership to prepare the campus community for the climate assessment process. 
•    Develop and customize a campus climate survey instrument(s) tailored to the institution’s needs while maintaining methodological integrity for benchmarking. 
•    Develop parallel survey instrument(s) for students, faculty, and state that measure comparable climate constructs, allowing for cross-population analysis while reflecting the distinct experiences of each group. 
•    Administer the survey and manage the data collection process. 
•    Conduct comprehensive quantitative and qualitative analysis of the survey data with an equity lens. 
•    Prepare a comprehensive report and present findings to institutional leadership and the campus community through written and oral briefings. 
•    Develop and deliver a data visualization dashboard to support and enable ongoing institutional analysis and interpretation of survey results. 
•    Provide facilitation and consulting support to assist the institution in translating climate assessment findings into strategic priorities and actions.
