The Vendor is required to provide the gap assessment methodology, including the types of records and physical access that may be necessary to conduct the assessment.
- Provide the support of a consultant sufficiently experienced in light rail systems engineering and asset management to improve the agency capabilities in each regard.

- Infrastructure (signal bungalows and housings)
• Equipment and hardware (signals, communications kits, interlocking switches, wayside and onboard detection and surveillance devices, and cables)
• Software, communications network
• Infrastructure (catenary poles, duct banks, substation facilities)
• Equipment and hardware (transformers, rectifiers, cables, overhead contact lines or third rail)
• Software, communications network

- Consultant will gain access to information that is critical infrastructure information and will be required to sign non-disclosure agreements prior to receiving access to the information. Consultant will conform to standards for ensuring any information that is potentially safety sensitive will be handled appropriately.
- Job Hazard Analysis and associated job briefings must be conducted by the Consultant on site each day with all individuals involved in the task before work begins and if the work plan or work group changes.
