Property Management and Leasing Services

The Vendor is required to provide professional property management/leasing services for municipally owned properties located within the downtown area of the City (the “Downtown District”).
- Experience in residential/commercial property management, leasing, tenant relations, maintenance oversight, financial reporting, code compliance, and management of commercial/mixed-use properties.
- Provide all labor, supervision, administration, and related services necessary for effective property management operations, the (“Project”).
