The vendor is required to provide real property services for include:
1. Advertising and marketing
• Advertise the auction in media outlets deemed most effective by auctioneer
• Prepare and publish all required legal notices
• Develop and implement a marketing strategy designed to maximize participation and competitive bidding
2. Auction administration
• Furnish a qualified, licensed auctioneer to conduct the public auction
• Conduct bidder registration and qualification procedures
• Administer and manage the auction process in accordance with applicable law and industry standards
3. Promotional activities
• Post and circulate promotional materials on the property, subject to applicable approvals and local regulations
• Coordinate property exposure efforts to maximize bidder interest
4. Additional services
• Take all other actions reasonably necessary to effectuate an advantageous sale of the property in accordance with this agreement and applicable law
• Provide pre- and post-auction coordination services, including reporting of results.
