Asset Management Services

The Vendor is required to provide asset management to establish a compliant contract for the purposes developing, implementing, and maintaining an asset management plan.
- Asset management services including the development, implementation, and on-going maintenance of the municipality asset management plan.
- This will include developing a complete inventory of the municipality’s infrastructure assets as well as classifying and standardizing asset naming.
- The municipality has assets listed in the Munisoft pub works program, however, confirmation of assets, as well as condition assessments, will be required.
- Assist administration in entering data into the municipality current asset software, munitraxx.
- After the completion and implementation of the plan, the frequency and duration of on-going maintenance will be determined by and at the request of the municipality.
