Facility Condition Assessment Services

The Vendor is required to provide facility condition assessment (FCA) services supporting a standardized, continuous capital planning program aligned with existing city datasets (2017–present).
- Inspection, deficiency identification, cost estimating, lifecycle analysis, and structured data delivery compliant for a city-owned facility.
- Assessments will be issued in phases through individual task orders based on city prioritization.
- The city intends to maintain a rolling 5-year reassessment cycle across its facility portfolio.
- The consultant shall be capable of performing assessments at multiple facilities concurrently to support program timelines.
