- This includes a mix of paper-and-pencil methods, iPads, and various software programs requiring multiple independent licenses and renewal fees.
- Key objectives and deliverables:
• Comprehensive access: provide a district-wide license for all evaluation personnel to access a digital library containing individualized standardized measures for intelligence and cognitive ability, academic achievement, and behavior and personality for students aged two and a-half (2.5) to twenty-two (22) years.
• Unlimited utility: deliver a model that allows for unlimited use of tests by an unlimited number of examiners for a single annual fixed price.
• Ease of use: ensure the system is user-friendly for administering, scoring, and reporting results for psycho-educational evaluations.
• Hybrid support: provide non-digital test materials (record forms) on an as-needed basis as part of the licensing agreement.
- Administration and support
• Training: the provider shall facilitate annual training sessions for evaluators on the use of the interactive online library and specific assessment tools.
• Technical support: ongoing online support regarding system use must be provided.
• Responsiveness: the district prefers a provider capable of responding to technical issues or inquiries within twenty-four (24) hours.
