Comprehensive Assessment Services

The Vendor is required to provide comprehensive assessment services for include:
- Assessment of facility physical conditions
• An update of each facility’s physical condition, including useful life of each building’s components such as, but not limited to the HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, food service equipment, etc.
• A floor plan and a site plan of each building.
• Documentation of code violations or recommendations for improvement.
• Ada accessibility recommendations for improvement.
• Statement of energy efficiency and recommendations for improvement.
• Recommended schedule for replacement or repairs (schedule of priorities).
• Estimated cost: to be generated for each identified deficiency.
• Information to be delivered in electronic form, such as Microsoft excel, so that data can be sorted and grouped in various ways.
