Utility Asset Inventory Support Project Services

The Vendor is required to provide utility asset inventory support project services for include:
- Utility asset inventory
• Pole inventory and operational asset information.
• Transformer inventory and operational association information.
• Primary and secondary electric system information for operational awareness.
• Meter association information.
• Utility asset identification and attribute collection.
• General observable field notes for operational planning purposes.
• Vegetation concern notation near utility infrastructure.
• Photographic documentation of utility assets and observable field conditions where practical.
• Identification of abandoned or retired utility assets where reasonably observable.
• Review, evaluation, and incorporation of relevant information from existing legacy cad drawings, utility records, and available mapping resources into the utility asset inventory and GIS environment, as deemed appropriate by the vendor and university for operational utility purposes. (Legacy cad drawings are provided for reference purposes only and may not reflect current field conditions or complete system configuration.)
• Development of utility asset inventory data compatible with university operational systems.
• Mobile-friendly applications suitable for operational use.
• Dashboard and reporting capabilities are appropriate for utility operations.
• Visual asset management and operational awareness tools suitable for field and utility operations use.
• Data formatting is compatible with Tantalus analytics initiatives.

• Integration of existing university operational knowledge and available system records.
• Coordination with university personnel during utility asset inventory activities.
• Approximate underground utility routing information may be developed utilizing available records, operational knowledge, and observable field conditions where practical.
• Support for future internal utility asset inventory maintenance activities.
