- Leasing Administration shall administer all tenant leases, ensure full compliance with lease terms, and maintain accurate and up‑to‑date tenant files. Responsibilities include tracking key dates, processing renewals renewals and amendments, and monitoring tenant compliance with all contractual obligations.
- Tenant Relations and Engagement
The selected firm shall serve as the primary point of contact for all tenant communications on behalf of the City, ensuring timely and professional responses to inquiries, service requests, and operational issues. The selected firm shal proactively and actively engage with tenants to maintain consistent, effective communication. The selected firm shall also maintain a dedicated after‑hours emergency contact line.
