- Recordings:
•Record all full board meetings on agency supplied digital recorder (Phillips voice tracer)
•Submit the recording from the agency supplied digital recorder immediately after the event to the director of administration or board administrative specialist.
- Teleconference (Virtual):
•Manage teleconference activity, as needed, such as:
oAdmitting attendees into the Virtual Meeting
oPut in Breakout Rooms
oManage the “room” by acknowledging --chat, raised hands
- Contract Period/Term: 1 year
