Audio Visual Support Services

The Vendor is required to provide services related to audio-visual equipment diagnostics, maintenance, repairs, replacement, and installation.
- Service-oriented public pension system providing retirement, healthcare, and related benefit programs for state public education employees, retirees, and their beneficiaries.
- Provide a simple, user-friendly environment, relying on A/V and conferencing capabilities as a cost-effective way to provide collaboration and digital workplace opportunities to help meet its fiduciary responsibility and mission to service its membership.
- Providing maintenance, accurately diagnosing any equipment nonperformance, repairing equipment when possible, and replacing/installing equipment when necessary.
- Alpha has five rooms that rely on integration, all use logitech tap control surfaces integrated with a system core control; the remaining rooms utilize the logitech tap video conferencing system; those rooms will require less support, as system will handle most of the upkeep.
