Stage and Audio Production Services

The vendor is required to provide for stage and audio production of municipality produced events.

• Ability to provide service outdoors in inclement weather is a must.
• Event will only be moved indoors if weather would create safety conditions sufficient for cancellation.
• Successful bidder must adhere to production schedule of event.
• A representative must be made available for advance consultation.
• Production schedule will be provided by the event producer in advance of the event.

o Providing CV for key technical staff that will be on site
o Providing recent comparable event history and multiple references
o Outline of company inclusion, diversity, equity, and accessibility (IDEA) training, policies,
and values.
