Sewer Video Equipment Services

The vendor is required to provide for the supply of one (1) brand new sewer video equipment (the "goods") and any ancillary services (the "services").
- Specifications:
1. Pressure test set:
• Designed for pressure testing equipment.
2. High-definition pan & tilt camera:
• Pan, tilt, and zoom functionality for pipelines 4 inches and larger.
• Usable on tractor or pushrod systems.
• Features auto-up righting, led lighting, and a transmitter for precise location.
• Provides high-resolution and superior picture quality.
• Includes laser measurement capabilities for diameter, deformation, defect, and object assessment.
• Third-party software should come pre-installed with the equipment.
• Compatible with pipe Logix phoenix software.
3. Camera adapter:
• For plug-in installation of the specified camera.
• Compatible with various camera connections as required.
• The adapter should be the latest version to ensure compatibility with new devices.
• Compatible with IBAK t66 crawler.
4. High-definition tractor:
• HD version required for HD system operations.
• Mainline tractor suitable for use in pipelines 4 inches and larger.
• Features zero-turn radius and full steering with automatic tilt compensation.
• Includes lowering claw, toolset, and multiple wheelsets (5"/6"/8"/10").
• Lowering hooks attached to the side of tractor.
• Requires an HD camera base module for standard mainline operation.
• Remote elevator assists in larger pipelines.
5. Accessories:
• HD camera base module for tractor, required for mainline operations
• Includes transmitters operating at standard frequencies for location purposes.
6. Remote elevator for tractor:
• Raises the camera for centering in pipelines.
• Lifts the camera above water lines in pipes with flow.
7. High-traction wheels:
• Designed for pipelines of varying diameters (4 inches and up, 6 inches and up ,8 inches and up, 12 inches and up).
• Compatible with specified tractor models.

• Includes bolts and washers for assembly
• Complete treaded wheelset for pipelines 12 inches and larger.

8. Vehicle-mounted control unit:
• Operates camera and tractor functions.
• Includes dual joysticks, emergency stop, and intercom microphone.
• Requires monitor panel, monitor mount, and pc for operation.
• Compatible with specified drum models.
• Compatibility with IBAK t66 crawler.
9. Additional requirements:
• Engineered for consistent operation across ambient temperatures from - 40°c to +40°c. 9.2 VESA 75 mounting plate with ball joint.
• Double socket arm, short length.
• 9-inch modular aluminum tough track.
