The vendor is required to provide audio visual (AV) systems integration firm specializing and focused on the sale, installation, integration and setup of sound, video, media delivery and control systems
- The supply, installation, optimization, and commissioning of a fully functional audio visual and control systems.
- The work shall include supplying fully functional audio video and control systems, new, complete with inter-cabling infrastructure.
- The supplier shall provide all new cable/wire as illustrated by system schematics.
- The supplier will ensure that all necessary equipment, accessories, and fixtures are provided to result in fully operational audio video and control systems.
- The system will include a single direct-view led video wall with an option for up to two supporting led walls.
- Media distribution will support wired HDMI and wireless content sharing inputs.
- Agency has an existing audio system that will remain in place.
- The supplier shall provide connection of media inputs to the existing audio system.
- The agency audio control system will include a central digital signal processor (DSP) capable of providing control for system devices.
- The DSP will provide all input and output processing as required to deliver optimized speech and program audio reproduction throughout the gymnasium.
- The DSP will support sufficient digital i/o to allow individual conditioning of microphone level, equalization, and system protection.
- Audio for the media inputs will require analog audio connections to the existing audio system.
- The media delivery system (MDS) will provide a fully matrixed av distribution system using av over ip technology.
- The MDS system will provide the signal path for administratively selected video sources for display on any of led media wall displays.
- The division will engage a 3rd party programmer to complete the final set up and optimization of the audio video and systems.
- The supplier will be required to program a verification program to demonstrate to the satisfaction of the consultant the following performance items:
• System graphic source audio.
• Media input selection and levels.
• Wired and wireless HDMI media input verification.
• System relay power control.

• All audio and video system products shall feature digital designs where practical and cost effective.
• Cable infrastructure shall accommodate upgrade path to digital features/products in future without major wiring renovations.
• These shall not be construed as limiting overall quality or performance characteristics of items furnished for the audio video and control systems.

a. Digital signal processor (DSP) control system
1. DSP control system shall:
• Be open architecture software in design.
• Be capable of processing 64x64 channels of network audio (aes67).
• Be equipped with 8 x 8 channels of Dante networked audio input and output expandable to 32x32.
• Include 8 mic/line level analog audio inputs
• Include 8-line level analog audio outputs.
• Include 8 flex channel mic/line level analog audio inputs or outputs.
• Have dual gigabit ethernet ports with assignable application resources offering any combination of VoIP and 3rd party control.
• Support up to 2 VoIP softphone instances.
• Have sufficient processing ability to provide all necessary eq, signal routing and system protection for the facility.
• Equipped with two rj45 ports for ethernet and media connectivity.
• Equipped with analog input and output ports as required to support the system design.
• Host operational control via 3rd party devices including IOS based designs with the supplier supplied license. 2. Control system shall have the following control ports as a minimum:
• Two (2) gigabit ethernet ports.
• Four (4) relay ports.
3. Device performance requirements shall be equal to or exceed the QSC q-sys core 8flex.
• Provide one (1) digital signal processor control system.
4. Device performance requirements shall be equal to or exceed the q-sys sl-qse-8n-p.
• Provide one (1) scripting deployment license.
5. Device performance requirements shall be equal to or exceed the QSC q-sys sl-qud-8n-p.
• Provide one (1) user control interface license.
6. Proposal for alternate DSP control system shall include with bid submission:
• Working and fully functional DSP file created by the supplier.
• Complete soft copy file demonstrating system processing power is adequate to perform all functions required for system operation.
• Complete fully operational soft copy file showing system labeling for each input, each output, and all routing points.
- MDS AVoIP media decoder
• Have the primary function to facilitate audio and video distribution over a standard 1 gigabit network.
• Include support for real-time 1080p, 4k and HDR content transmission.
• Have an end-to-end system latency of 1 frame of latency (including encoding and decoding).
• Be capable of receiving 1080p and 4k resolutions at less than 1gb total throughput.
• Support jpeg2000 based codecs with optimization for computer-generated content as well as support for fast-motion, cinema-grade content.
• Provide integrated scaling with no additional latency.
• Be capable of receiving up to 4 channels of network audio (Dante®/aes67) and embedding it into the HDMI output plus 2 channels of balanced analog audio output (captive screw connector).
• Allow the decoder HDMI audio output to be selectable between av stream audio and Dante network audio.
• Shall support HDCP for both versions 1.x and 2.2 control. pass signals to HDMI outputs.
• Be POE powered.
- MDS AVoIP media encoder
1. The IP media encoder shall:
• Have the primary function to facilitate audio and video distribution over a standard 1 gigabit network.
• Shall support HDCP for both versions 1.x and 2.2 control.
• Pass signals to HDMI outputs.
• Be POE powered.
2. Device performance requirements shall be equal to or exceed the visionary solutions duete-2 encoder with visionary solutions avip-rackmount-3 rack mount kit.
• Provide one (1) scaling IP media encoder.
• Provide one (1) rack mount kit.
