The vendor is required to provide a comprehensive range of audio-visual equipment, communication devices, and related services for its schools and administrative units.
- Aims to serve as a one-stop-shop for the district, ensuring access to products suitable for students, professional staff, field and studio settings, and professional production environments.
- Must supply at least one product in one of the categories outlined in the category and product list.
- In addition, offerors should provide communication devices such as walkie-talkies, intercom systems, and other communication solutions.
- The capability to provide a diverse selection of products and brands to meet the needs of various users under this contract.
- Requirements
• Comprehensive product offering: may supply products across all specified categories, including communication devices, but is not required
• Authorized service provider: should present documentation of their standing as an authorized premium service and repair partner, as well as a standard and extended warranty support service provider for the brands they represent.
• Discount structure: must list the offered brand(s) per product category and indicate a minimum discount percentage from the manufacturer’s most recent product catalog in product table.
• Discounts of less than 5% will not be accepted.
