Audio Visual Broadcast System

The vendor is required to provide a bid for the installation of a functional audio-visual broadcast system at town hall in the auditorium.
- System key features:
• Video capture and streaming: a three (3) PTZ camera system will provide video coverage of town hall meetings, with camera control managed via a dedicated manual controller. 
• Audio reinforcement: the JBL jrx215 loudspeakers, combined with a mixer and amplifier, will deliver sound throughout the space for public address and presentation audio. 
• Projection system: a laser projector shining onto a motorized 120”-diagonal projection screen will support visual presentations. 
• Structured cabling and connectivity: professionally installed cabling will ensure clean and reliable connections between all av components. 
• This installation will provide a functional and scalable foundation for future enhancements, such as wireless connectivity and expanded BYOD (bring your own device) capabilities.

• 1 lg ProBeam laser projector with 5,000 ANSI lumens
