The Vendor is required to provide all labor, equipment, and materials necessary for electrical, lighting, communications, and security upgrades for the city Campus.
- The project includes tunnel lighting upgrades, installation of a radio repeater system, installation of an audible speaker system in the park, and two new solar-powered automatic gates.

- Pedestrian tunnel electrical and lighting upgrades
• Maintain existing tunnel lighting until the new system is fully operational.
• Remove existing surface-mounted lights and conduits upon completion of the new system.
• Install new led lighting fixtures (surface-mounted at maximum tunnel height).
• Install new branch circuits using (2) #10 XHHW cu & (1) #10 cu GND in 1" GRC conduit.
• Route new conduit and wiring at maximum practical height within the tunnel.
• Coordinate power connections with existing facility electrical panels.
• Comply with PK electrical plans.
- Audible speaker system installation
• Provide and install a fully functional outdoor public address (pa) speaker system across designated areas of the park.
• Install all required speakers, wiring, amplifiers, and controls.
• Provide necessary infrastructure, including receptacles and conduit as indicated in the plans.
• Connect speakers to a centralized amplifier/control system (likely housed in the boat house).
• Ensure system supports emergency announcements, routine communications, and future event integration.
• Provide user training for city staff.
- Radio repeater system installation
• Install motorola slr5700 403–470 MHz 1–50w repeater system, cables, duplexers, Omni-directional antenna, and FCC licensing support.
• Program existing and new radios for compatibility.
• Install antenna in a city-approved location to maximize coverage for parks and recreation staff.
- Solar-powered parking lot gates
• Provide and install two solar-powered, automatic vehicle gates at park parking lot entrances.
• Each gate must include:
• Solar power with battery backup
• Programmable timers for scheduled access
• Remote control and manual override keypads
• Coordinate style and access controls with city staff.
• Provide operational training for city staff.
- Video surveillance system installation
• Install a secure video surveillance system with cameras covering:
• Pedestrian tunnel (entry, exit, and interior)
• Park (key gathering areas and facilities)
• Furnish and install all required cabling, mounting hardware, and low-voltage power infrastructure.
• Comply with PK electricals camera layout and device specifications.
• Integrate all new video surveillance feeds into a centralized network-based digital storage system.
• Provide and configure a dedicated network video recorder (NVR) or server-based digital storage unit located within the new city hall building, sized appropriately for at least 60 days of video retention.
• Ensure system provides secure live viewing, playback, user authentication, and integration with city’s network infrastructure.
• Coordinate with city it staff for power, cooling, rack space, and secure backup procedures.
• Provide system training and all documentation to city personnel.
