The vendor is required to provide of audio-visual (AV) hardware, integration services, and long-term support for, including k–12 school divisions, post-secondary institutions, and municipalities across state.
• AV hardware: A broad catalog of commercial-grade AV technologies such as control processors, displays (interactive and standard), projectors, audio reinforcement systems, microphones, cameras, AV-over-IP infrastructure, digital signage, collaboration tools, and assistive technologies.
• Professional services: AV system design, technical installation and commissioning, control system programming, digital signage setup, project management, and end-user training.
• Ongoing support: SLA-backed maintenance, warranty coordination, scalable support models for rural and urban members, and member-specific procurement and billing workflows.
• Compliance and standards: Proponents must demonstrate adherence to industry-recognized AV installation and design standards, as well as applicable institutional or provincial requirements.
• Procurement Effciency: The agreement aims to eliminate the need for repeated competitive processes by offering a consistent, flexible, and compliant procurement path for all AV hardware and services.
