The vendor is required to provide audio-visual (AV) integrator organization to enhance the functionality and reliability of AV systems within agency healthcare and corporate facilities.
• Design consulting on standard room creation for small to medium sized meeting and collaboration spaces.
• These designs will be used as templates for agency project management and state infrastructure planning.
• Agency will own the final designs, including user interface (UI) and operational coding.
• System design and solution consultation for large spaces and complex projects (auditoriums, new facilities and non-standard AV deployments).
• Product acquisition of agency telehealth services selected audio visual equipment, applications, and associated materials for meeting and collaboration spaces.
• Installation services will be required to install as per designs and acquired materials.
• Programming and configuration services for in room controls, operational activities, and automation. proponent may also work with agency staff and partners on UI design and programming.
• After-sales support, maintenance and warranty claims.
- Solution consultation on agency telehealth services standards and common rooms:
• Telehealth to deliver standard designs, product suites, UI, and control sets where required for basic small to medium meeting rooms, collaboration spaces, clinical rooms, mental health observation rooms and group therapy spaces, and breakout rooms.
• These designs and controls will be fully owned by agency for distribution to state infrastructure and other project partners for facilities planning and builds.
• The designs will be reviewed annually with the selected proponent and changed\updated as required to address new products and requirements of the organization.
• Mental health spaces typically include anti ligature enclosure displays, camera(s), ceiling speakers and microphones.
• A typical setup includes ceiling mounted cameras and microphones, non-recording network video recorder (air-gapped), single 22-24” display, keyboard and mouse, headphone amplifier, headphones, cabling.
- Design and project implementation services:
• Required for facilities custom, specialty, and large space builds.
• The selected proponent will, at the direction of agency telehealth, deliver auditorium, and custom space designs and installation services for agency and associated partners throughout the province.
• The selected proponent will perform engineering drawing\infrastructure markups using industry standards (power, data, applications), high level costing, quoting, and new product recommendation when requested; for delivery to agency telehealth partners such as state infrastructure and agency it projects.
• Each design consultation will be run as a specific scope of work and under an hourly charge basis.
• Agency will retain ownership of all drawings and designs submitted by the selected proponent.
- Installation services
• The selected proponent will install and maintain audio visual and associated equipment and materials under the direction of agency telehealth services.
• Installation services will also include the deconstruction, removal and disposal of materials and equipment.
