The Vendor is required to provide to install a new sound system for our outdoor athletics stadium.
- Design, implement, and install a sound system that includes public address capabilities, along with the playing of music/entertainment
- Collaborate with the district athletic department and facilities department to install a system that aligns to the functionality that we are looking to utilize. - Responsible For:
• Removing the existing system
• Installing the new system
• Teaching district necessary staff on how to use the system
• Providing a standard industry warrantee covering all components and labor.
- Contract Period/Term: 5 years
