Learning Lab Audio and Video Service and Management Services

The vendor is required to provide learning lab audio and video service and management services for include:
•    A physical office location with a minimum of two technicians onsite within a 25-mile radius from the city. 
•    The prime provider of the service - no subcontracting allowed. 
•    Provide local or regional references for successfully-executed service contracts or agreements of similar scale. 
•    Vendor must be Biamp Tesira server certified. 
•    It is required that all technicians that conduct service and maintenance on city equipment and systems have a certified technology specialist (CTS®) certification. 
•    It is required that all technicians that conduct service and maintenance on city equipment and systems have an AMX, Creston, or Extron code-level programming certification. 
•    Technicians must demonstrate or prove actual experience with our manufacturers, makes, and models included in our installed system.  
•    Costs for services not included in the annual maintenance shall be provided as an hourly rate. 
•    Emergency visits that exceed the three visits included in the annual maintenance shall be billed at the additional labor hourly rates. 
•    The additional hourly rates must include all travel costs. 
•    These services are to be provided during normal business hours of 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. 
•    Bids must indicate a cost-plus markup % for any materials needed for maintenance and repairs.

•    This includes a human interactive projection screen and whiteboard, 2 canon wall-mounted projectors, built-in camera system and conference audio system with skype for business, and an audio and visual podium with administrative computer and interactive wall mount. 
•    The software used for the ceiling phone and video phone conferencing is clear one.
